The item i purchased was not truthful for what it was advertised for, and the price of the item was 2.5 times more than what I could have purchased the same ring for brand new. This was an unusual experience however they ended up honoring the item they sold me which was an Xbox one I was told no returns the day that I bought it and I was shown that it worked. Once I arrive home and tried it there was some sort of software issue and once back at their shop they attempted to help me alleviate the problem which we couldn't figure out they honored it and gave a full refund and an apology .
