Great antique store and comic/toy store. The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is very down to earth. Just what I like in a hometown run store! A+ place to go with friendly staff. Always a joy to go visit them.
You can tell good people when you meet them. Prices are very good here. Worth going out of your way for. Comic/toy/card shop upstairs is great too.
A great antique store with lots of vendors who regularly turn over inventory and have new items. Likewise, many of the vendors are very friendly, especially the gentleman who has the large booth with military items and vinyl records in one of the center aisles.
I have to give it a 1. I understand that it’s winner. I understand each business has budgets, but you could at least put a sign on the door that says that your heat is broke. I didn’t even get a spend 10 four minutes in there because I was so cold. It basically feels like a garage in the middle of the night cold to the bone. I know the employees are suffering as well because they’re surrounded by many heaters. It looks like those was great stuff, but again I didn’t get a look because it was so cold. I would give your employees an extra incentive to the people who do show up in those working conditions. Please inform the public and us whenever the heat will be on I would love to be able to come back and give a better review.
Surprisingly, they have a really great stock of vinyl. Mostly new, but I found several records that I’ve been looking for at Amoeba for months. Definitely worth the drive if you’re in Charleston and love vinyl or collectibles. Toys, music posters, CD’s, DVD/Blu Ray’s, etc. Really friendly on the phone. Decent in person.
