Very nice people
We were running a few minutes late need to pawn. Called the store and the woman on the phone was very snotty and rude with us. We asked if she would stay open a few extra minutes. She responded with "Most people know are business hours and we will be here in the morning". Rushing to the store with 3 minutes to spare, She had turned off the open sign. Seems to me like she doesn't want out business.
These people really went out of their way to help me. Traveling from NC to OH and somewhere along the way I lost my debit card, 200 miles away from home with a packed UHAUL and two dogs and now no money waiting for them to open, right at 9 they pulled in and wondering why I was sitting there, they immediately started to helped me not just get rid of my belongings but work out a way for me to pawn them and get them back to me 200 miles away. Absolutely phenomenal people with great customer service skills. If I lived closer I'd be in there all the time because of the service and prices on items I was browsing while waiting on paperwork.
Amazing people. I recently sold them scrap gold and silver. Unbeknownst to me she figured wrong and shorted me $10 but 2days later I received in the mail a letter of apology and $10! You don't find that kind of integrity anymore! I won't go anywhere else!
Yeah I've been here a few times and I thought it was a great place to pawn or sells things until after a few months of doing business with them and I always paid off my loans except for the first one I did but hell they got a $400 rifle for $120 so yeah but i always got my stuff back for over a year and then come to find out I was a week late and they up and sell my other rifle when they knew I was coming back in for it. I even called and set everything up and they decided to go the sleezy route and make three times what they paid me. Needless to say I got banned from there and I also made it clear that they lost all my future business.
Scammers. I called and asked if I could bring a few things in I had also told them what I had and the age. They offered me at least $100 on the phone for my saw and I brought it in they said they don't want it it was to old
