I placed an order online. There was a slight delay since my item came from Israel. However, the seller notified me of it and of the timeline to expect my order. The item came as described. Very happy with the service and the purchase.

I ordered an item for a friend's special birthday - Jeff at this company went out of his way to make sure I received the gift in time and even replaced the out of stock item with a slightly more expensive one at the same price! A lovely piece of jewelry, very happy with the item and the customer service!

I ordered my jewelry with 2-3 day mailing priority. I let Jeff know that I hadn’t received it after 2-3 days and he informed me it was back ordered. After that, he kept me updated with the status of the order. Email is the best way to get in touch with him; he was very speedy with his reply and he’s very polite. I would definitely order from him again.

I have been desperately trying to find a particular bracelet to replace the one I owned but tragically lost a few years ago. With my last ditch effort, I emailed Jeff at Blue Dolphin Gold with a picture of the bracelet attached. Almost immediately Jeff emailed me with a link to order my bracelet. I could not believe it and placed the order right away! After a few weeks I emailed Jeff asking for the status of my order. He contacted the company where the bracelet was being handcrafted and explained that with Covid happening it has affected the turn around time. A few weeks later I received an email from Jeff saying my bracelet was on the way. When I finally received it I was so elated and happy of how beautiful it was. With tears in my eyes I put it on and all the wonderful memories flooded my heart! I immediately emailed Jeff to let him know it made it and to thank him for the extraordinary customer service and care! Jeff is an amazing example of how customer service is and should be.
