I typically don’t make reviews… but here it is do not trust this place they replace “gold” with metal and don’t even tell you they do it and charge a crack price! They have now ruined my moms Ring and tried to ruin a bracelet of mine by replacing it with metal. The front lady which is Ron’s wife has a terrible attitude if we can’t put metal on it l, it won’t be fixed none can do it!

I didn't want to even give this business 1 Star, they did abosolutely nothing to derserve it but I have to give it one in order to post this! I went in this store that was highly recommended by a couple of people however that was when the original owner was there. Things have definitely changed. I had 3 things I wanted to speak to the jewler about and was really excited to figure out how they could create pearl earings for my daughter to wear on her wedding day. I had an old engagement ring that I wanted to see what it would be worth to sell. It has sat in a safe for 20 plus years so what is the harm. If it was low then I wanted to see if I could incorporate some of the diamonds into her earings. We never even got to that point. Instead the very impersonal lady took my ring weighed it, and went back and forth with the gentleman sitting at his work station, I would give you his name however he never came down off his throne to speak with me or even explain how they came to the amount that they would buy it for. Instead the lady came back placed a "Post It Note" on the table with 2 numbers written on it. One said how much they would pay for it which was an absolute insult or maybe it wasn't a little clarity would have been nice and the other was for in store credit which was even more an insult. That was when I collected my ring and I walked out the door. I will go somewhere where they KNOW how to treat potential customers. In the end it's your loss because as I stated I didn't NEED to sell my ring. I will take my business elsewhere where they know how to treat people with decency and respect and can create the perfect earings for my daughters very special day. Just so know when it comes to the cost there is no budget.

I tried to not to say anything about this place but I think it’s time to say my experience since I no longer will be supporting a business that gives you a five dollar used gift card as a “I’m sorry”, I went in to get my engagement ring resized, very excited to get my ring back when they tell me it’s ready to pick up on my way home I realized one of my accent stones was chipped immediately start crying/now I have to go back again to get it fixed. They fix it, But ever so slightly, one of the stones does not match the other, Whatever I accept it, I take it I carry on, I noticed my finger turns green. I assume the soldering they used is copper on a silver ring… I get a cleaning kit fixes the issue. Everything is fine for a while. My fiancé and I get married we go order the wedding band takes a while understandable, Get it fits perfect no issue. After a while, I decide to get those two rings soldered, and then I noticed they soldered the hump that goes over my stone on the wrong side of the ring, and they just filled that little hump with like soldering, I don’t say anything mostly because why should I tell a business how to do their job? Anyway, not even half a year the band snaps, I leave a voicemail I go in. I try to ask if I can get these bands replaced. He simply shut that down. Then continue to tell me that silver tarnishes. But my thing is a ring should not be tarnishing within two days of wearing it, especially with that soldering that they used, Now he uses a laser to weld “fix” the ring I pick it up. I noticed there’s a new scratch in it and they didn’t even fix the other side which is also about to snap. Overall, all he said they can do is put credit towards a different band if I want. SMH.
