I had a good experience. I learned a few things during my visit. He explained how to tell if my jewelry was 10k, or 14k and walked me through the testing process in full view, not out of sight. He was polite and friendly. It was my first time selling jewelry, so when he asked me what I thought my jewelry was worth, I didn't have a clue, so I said $100. He could've played me and gave me $100 ,but he gave me way more than I expected, in fact, I thought he was pranking me, but he wasn't. I appreciated what was given to me and will return or refer others to his store in the future. I was truly satisfied when I left the store.
