Good people and fair prices.

I had a family emergency that came up & I needed to come up with cash in hand. I had to sell part of my silver bullion inventory. Lawrence was very kind, courteous & helpful. I had received a very fair price for my silver bullion. Once things settle down for me. I will be back to make further purchases. Lawrence is very knowledgeable in everything that we spoke about. I felt very comfortable with dealing with him. I will be back in the near future! You can count on it!

I’ve called here a few times to try to do business, and I always get a nonchalant Attitude.. He answered his phone hello. Not the business name therefore I got to ask him if I’m calling the correct place or not and he seems to have an attitude on the phone when I do. I have assets that he deals with, and once in a while, I like to cash out on a few of them, due to the market is so whacked at this time. That way, I don’t have to dip into my investment portfolio Through my broker. I have asked him and he seems to be irritated that I ask him if he’s interested in buying. With business manners like his, no thank you. Called another place in Beloit and they hopped on it right away. Don’t expect any warm, fuzzy, kind person at this establishment.

Very helpful thought my ring was gold filled I told him no it's 14k and he checked it and was surprised it was guess he learned something today he should stick to coins but I like the place he was nice too.

WONDERFUL experience!! Very polite, honest, and knowledgeable gentleman. He showed me the weight of the items I brought in on the scale. He gave me a very fair price for the pieces I sold. It's a lovely little shop, and I highly recommend checking out the coins there. I wish I had gone to him first, instead of up the road...never again. Janesville Gold & Silver, LLC, is my go-to place!!
