Good selection of coins, friendly, convenient hours
I am Italian I have an original Italian Republic coin 1992, does it have any value?
It’s sad how different this shop is from when I was younger. Low balling is an understatement. It was pouring rain and I had multiple lockboxes filled with product in a backpack. Instead of checking the inventory it was VITAL I not have a bag in there with me he told me 4 times. Spot is currently around $42/oz and I was offered $25 for an oz of pure silver with a high premium on it. The gold was also low balled $100 short at least on a graded slabbed ms70 1/10 oz gold eagle. It’s sad because now I’m going to sell my product online instead of face to face. Pawn shops have offered me more than this local coin shop. I’m thoroughly disappointed and never returning again which is unfortunate because I could have been a great customer with the plenty of spending money.
Went in to sell a small gold coin, had others to sell. Just checking the water. I don't know if Dave thought I was an idiot but he offered me 50% value on pure 24k gold. Clearly trying to take advantage of me, will never go back. Went to river city gold and sold it to them for twice his offer. Hard pass.
