When I came into the pawn shop and the employee was nothing but helpful and I’m from New York. She broke down everything I needed and helped me so much
First this place did not give me the correct $ amount for the gold I sold them. And then they some how didn’t give my ID back. They texted me a few days later saying to could go back to pick it up. Well I drove over 2 hours back there to get it. During normal business hours . Door said closed. I waited 20 mins. Called the number back multiple times. Texted. And No response now. I will be reporting them. Don’t take your gold here. You’ll get ripped off
