The person that took care of me was awesome, explained every coin every detail every amount it was worth. Weather was worth more and silver or value of item.

Great experience. The customer service was informative & polite. I wasn’t able to sell my items, but I understood clearly why by the end of my time there. I would certainly go back again.

Christina Delmas made selling some my gold and silver incredibly easy with a fair and competitive price in order for me to purchase a new Rolex. She really took the time to understand what I was trying to do and made it happen! Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be back!

I was helped by a young man named Ryan. He was very professional, very friendly and very informative. He thoroughly examined the items I was selling and gave me a very fair price for the lot. I would recommend this company to anybody interested in selling or buying silver, gold and other valuables. Thank you very much Ryan for your very good service tonight.

Scheduled an appointment via their website, immediately got a text confirmation followed by reminder text. The attendant thanked us for having all our items separated out for easier evaluation. He verified current spot gold and silver and verified coins in current coin catalog. Extremely professional and spent over 2 hours with us. He explained what particular years he was most interested in and bought the majority of what we brought in. The store was busy. Definitely will return.

Super packed due to current price volatility. Luckily BRC recommended I make an appointment. I was front-loaded before about 20 people - I appreciate that appointments are honored. The prices were competitive and fair. Staff was friendly and patient despite the crowd. If you haven't given BRC a chance, be sure to make this your next stop!

I made an appointment online because I drove by the week before and there was a long line to get in. I wanted to see if they would buy some old jewelry I had. I was very nervous and felt intimidated because I had never sold anything before and was concerned that my "odds and ends" would look silly to bring in. Christina helped me today and went thru every single piece, explaining the process along the way. She answered my questions with kindness and professionalism. I walked out very satisfied with the price I was offered for my jewelry. It was a positive experience and I will definitely be back. Thank you Christina!

What a joke. They WILL rip you off. I am a disabled OEF Army veteran and run a small precious metals & jewelry business in Idaho. I sent my significant other alone with some loose diamonds (I specialize in gold & silver not diamonds but I’m not an idiot) and a $3600 retail (at least) 0.75 TCW 14k white gold natural diamond necklace with him to the shop in Tacoma to see if they were still honest folks to work with. I know diamond prices have significantly fallen since we last sold here in 2022 but they offered $250 on over 10 carats of loose diamonds - many over 1/4ct each & $350 on the diamond necklace (weighing 4.5g - worth $419 in melt - I sell at 96% to the refinery so $402 less the diamond weight which was roughly 0.75ct of round cut diamonds or 0.15g for a total melt value of $388). The necklace is likely closer to 13.5k (I use Kee - not quite big enough to invest in a XRF) but even at $350 they were trying to buy the necklace for $20 less than what I melt at and get the diamonds for free. What a way to run a business. I feel absolutely horrible for anyone that doesn’t know what they’re doing and walks in here. Save yourself the trouble and just light your money on fire instead of getting ripped off by these clowns. If you want to sell gold / silver in the area go to Renton - or better yet use a refinery if you have volume or run your own business. If you want to sell diamonds go anywhere but here.
