I had some 14k gold jewelry from piercings past. The real deal but not exactly resell-able as jewelry so I just held on to them. It was great to find out Seattle Gold would in fact take them off my hands. I was assisted by Tamar who was very friendly and helpful. I was also able to get the items I had tested without any hassle. I also appreciate how upfront they are on the website in regards to pricing and quotes I think were very fair and reasonable. I can not recommend this shop enough! We came in on Saturday night about 30 minutes before close. We, along with every other person that walked in, were greeted and welcomed to stay despite closing time being so near. We were helped by Michael, who was working so efficiently that we spent no more than 20 minutes in the shop despite having multiple groups ahead of us and us selling several dozen pieces of silver. There was one other employee who was just as friendly and fast working, and the two of them managed to get to everyone that walked in by the time we left. We received more than we anticipated, and that coupled with the amazing employees and welcoming environment means we will definitely be back! Thanks again Michael!
