I went in to find a gift for my niece and the lady was on the phone and never greeted me with a hello instead at one point it was a rude "can I help you with something". Once I told her I was looking for a gift she went back to her phone call. She obviously didn't want to sell anything. Will never buy there or go again.
Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful variety of truly lovely items. I always find unique gifts here.
Support the local and this fits the bill. I LOVE the DEPT. 56 displays and purchased a figure when i only went to buy replacement bulbs...go figure. Not all impulse buys are bad. Go check out this business tucked away by the old ORANGE JULIUS and SEARS corner. There is alot of fun stuff to look at.
Really cool store, so many interesting things to see
Used to be a beautiful store, poorly merchandised, boxes sitting around! Most of all unfriendly employees weren't friendly, and kept staring at me! I'm older, dressed decent and have been collecting Jim Shore for years! How dare they treat any potential customers that way!
