I went in to find a gift for my niece and the lady was on the phone and never greeted me with a hello instead at one point it was a rude "can I help you with something". Support the local and this fits the bill. I LOVE the DEPT. 56 displays and purchased a figure when i only went to buy replacement bulbs...go figure. Not all impulse buys are bad. Used to be a beautiful store, poorly merchandised, boxes sitting around! Most of all unfriendly employees weren't friendly, and kept staring at me!
