Zack something are very knowledgeable and friendly. They give a fair shake and are very honest. I was in there today selling some stuff and Zack quoted me a fair price for what I had. Then he once again went over my inventory and found a mistake heade which I wouldn't have caught. He could have said nothing and made a bit more money for the shop but he was honest enough to call.my attention to it which gave me quite a bit more monet. So stop by.there if you have something to sell or want to buy somethin.
Polite, considerate, and accommodating. We called ahead and let them know we would not be ablento make it until closing, and they didn't hesitate to offer to stay open. We were given fair price for our silver, and paid in cash. It only took about 15 minutes, total. I highly recommend this business.
**Professional, honest and friendly - classy shop** Stop in to see Zach. I came in today to sell some gold jewelry, and I did not know what to expect. The inside was super classy, clean, like a showroom, not like a pawn shop (this is NOT a pawn shop). Zach was so amazing, very honest and would show us how much karat weight each piece of jewelry was with the special tool they use and he showed us the math and how he calculates. I was shocked at the amount you get for gold! Please do not hesitate to go into Kent Coin and Bullion you will not regret it!
Accomplished a medium sized complex transaction. Some buy, some sell, some special order. Personnel were careful, detailed, and accurate in all phases of the transactions. Customer care was private, personalized, and very comfortable. Pricing on both the buy and sell side were high, however Northwest is a small one man shop so it is understood that they can't compete with the big boys. Regardless I did not feel gouged, taken advantage of, or mislead. Northwest is a recent, small store with what appeared to be robust customer participation, hopefully it will be successful and around well into the future. Subject to how my backorders are handled I would recommend shopping with confidence.
Oh man. First time silver buyer and I couldn't ask for a better introduction than Zach. They had quite a nice selection of different coins and bars. Some antiquities and moderns. I was looking for a small chunk of silver and he immediately brought out several bars and gave me info about each of them and a little history lesson. Zach's extremely transparent with prices and isn't going to hide a damn thing from you. If you're in the market for precious metals, come talk to the owner . 5/5 stars, absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to start or expand a collection.
