Very fun to window shop. I got a great skirt and a great silver ring for an extremely reasonable price.

I was in Seattle for a week and this was definitely one of my favorite spots during my trip. Embarrassingly enough, I actually cried while I was here because I’ve never been in a vintage mall like this that felt so authentic. They had so much stuff from my childhood. If you grew up in the ‘80s-‘90s, you’re especially going to love this place. There’s stuff from older eras but the ‘90s curated areas were fantastic. The items I bought were all in great condition and clean. A lot of vintage stores can feel dirty, stuffy and claustrophobic but this place wasn’t like that at all. I personally think they priced their items fairly. For example, I found a beautiful vintage Jaguar suitcase for a great price. I would shop here all the time if I lived around the area!

07.June.2025 Super stoked to chance upon some heavily discounted vintage vinyls (from Jive Time) placed at this vintage mall. Beautiful curation, interesting and thoughtful curios. Worth a visit

I have been coming here for over a decade, love this place and it’s very nostalgic. But most recently I was bummed out by the amount of cheap, non-vintage items mixed in with the real stuff. I was also asked to leave my bag up front, which I obliged, and then saw several other shoppers walking around with similar bags who weren’t held to the same standard, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. When my sister and I left, I mentioned this to her and she said she felt like she was being followed around. If you’re going to enforce a bag policy, be consistent about it, and don’t alienate people who aren’t being sketchy. Made me less enthusiastic to make purchases.

I’ve enjoyed an annual-ish visit here since I was in college, but sadly in recent years the mall seems to be increasingly eaten up by one or two vendors hawking actual garbage and dishonest labeling. Every time I come in now, these large vendors are occupying yet another space that used to host a seller with well curated, thoughtfully sourced goods. It seems disrespectful to hard working vendors of actual vintage to have so many booth spaces occupied by one vendor who blatantly sells atrocious AI “art” in cheap frames attempting to be passed off as vintage, and another whose display cases are chock full of cheap, mass manufactured jewelry that likely came fresh from aliexpress. Trying to charge nearly $70 for AI generated crap printed on office paper would be laughable if it wasn’t for the fact that there are probably customers who *can’t* tell that they’re being sold a lie. The sad thing is that it’s actually SO easy to not fill your booth with garbage - perhaps these vendors could take notes from the several fantastic booths in here that are well tended, with fresh layouts and interesting goods each time I visit - a specialist in 80-90s retro and minimalist furniture design, a “funky sweater” guru booth offering every size and level of kookiness, the MCM-housewares booth that welcomes you to the store, etc... These and a handful of other hardworking vendors are the only reason I can give the store more than one star. Fremont Vintage Mall needs to tighten up their vendor standards, because walking into a place and seeing a bunch of AI and Temu-quality products is embarrassing and makes you look broke.
