Went in unknowing of how to purchase gold/silver and left more knowledgeable than I came. Not sure if I paid a bit of a extra premium than normal as gold and silver had been down a bit under 4k for gold per oz but didnt seem to get ripped off at all. I believe i spoke with the now owner the second time and he was very cool and informative. The first time I had been helped by someone who didnt seem that interested in helping me figure stuff out, but another employee with a tattoo on his face(sorry i didnt get the name) was very kind and informative and made me feel a whole lot less stupid.
