I am the sole provider for my family. It is difficult to admit, but I visited this shop out of necessity to sell a few pieces of personal jewelry to take care of my family. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disheartening. ​I dealt with a junior-level staff member—a gentleman with a larger build and thinning hair—who was immediately dismissive, dont know his name as there was no introduction. From the moment I arrived, he appeared disinterested and treated me with an air of arrogance. I felt as though I was being looked down upon and treated as a 'lesser than' rather than a customer. There was no effort to even make a professional offer; I was simply dismissed. ​ ​This employee would benefit from training in customer service and 'service before self.' I will never return to this location. If you want to be disrespected and walk away feeling worse than when you arrived, go here. Otherwise, find a business that respects the community and its vets.

With gold prices skyrocketing, I wanted to sell a pretty large gold bar. I was worried about shipping it to one of the online dealers, so I looked around locally and found this shop. Made an appointment with Ken and he matched the best online price I could get and I also saved on the $80 shipping the online dealer was going to charge me. Great experience! Thanks Ken!!

I've been buying gold and silver from Ken since 2014. Hes the only one i trust . I tried to do business with other sellers, but Ken is the one I prefer. He's a very honest man and true to his word .

We went in and met with Ken, he was very knowledgeable with our coins and was very friendly. We made a bet prior to our visit on what we expected to get and he hit it right on the nose. His pricing was super fair and we will definitely be back to do more business with him in the future. All the cool stories he told us were a fun little bonus as well!

There is zero bullshit involved, just straightforward talk and clear paths for whatever you are looking to achieve. I have stopped looking elsewhere because the transparency here is unmatched. For any fellow silver bug out there, I highly recommend keeping an eye on their auctions.
