Very respectful and fair
Only place we go to buy and sell since they offer more and charge a fair premium. Honest, professional and knowledgeable staff. Recommend them highly.
Fairest prices, conveniently located, small family owned business. The owner and his wife are super nice and professional. They communicate with you about what you want/have and what they see. The math and pricing is all done in front of you. This is the only place I go to sell gold and I live in Auburn and work in Seattle. No matter where you’re going or where you live this location is not too far… If you want to support small businesses and family owned businesses rather than large corporate chain stores… this is the place!!
This place will offer you under 60% spot value for gold. Avoid. Edit in recognition of the owner's reply: I can do math. Expect your customers to know basic math. If you pay 85% above pawn shop rates, "any pawn shop" would need to offer at maximum 32% of spot price.
We were very pleased with the store and their staff. He took time to go through a lot of our jewlery pieces and to explain as he examined each piece. He was proficient, friendly and very fair. We did not feel rushed at all. We highly recommend them and their "Cash for Gold" store in Renton.
