Find another place to sell your coins. Was offered $11 less than the melt value on a sliver dollar. I understand needing to make a profit, but that’s being dishonest and trying to take advantage of people. Drove up to Lynchburg Pawn and got a much more reasonable offer a few minutes later

They did absolutely amazing!! I only spent $53 getting 2 of my rings fixed and now they look even better then when I first purchased them! Their customer service is amazing too! It only took 3 days for them to fix my ring. I work at Zales and typically it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get something like this done. I'm so so happy that it took little time, little money, and the results are fantastic! I bent my engagement ring to the point the diamond fell out and my wedding band used to be pointy at the bottom so it would cut into my skin. Not only did they fix those two things but they found other things wrong with my rings and fixed them too. And I believe they even polished my center stone because it had scratches when I dropped it off and now I can hardly see any scratches. 10 Out of 10!! SO HAPPY!

Had a very positive experience in the coin section specifically with Roberto. He took his time over 2 days to appraise a book of coins I have. He was nice, professional and gave me approximate value of each coin in my book (there was over 50). They are very fair in the appraisals and treatment of customers.

I had four watches that needed new batteries and since I'm new to the area, I had no idea where to go. My brother-in-law said I should take them here. And I'm so glad I did. Service was fast and super friendly. I think it was Cindy who changed the batteries for me, and she was a gem and changed all four in just a few minutes. Thanks, girl!
