This place is a complete scam. The owner is not trustworthy at all. I went there to sell a gold chain with a market value of around $14,000, and he offered only $3,000. Total waste of time. I do not recommend this shop to anyone

I went to sell something to this company. The man behind the counter was super kind. Instead of buying my items for lower than I wanted, he suggested I go to locations where I could get a fair price. He also offered me a water for free and we had a lovely conversation. If I have any jewelry, gold or silver in the future, I will go here . I would give it 10 stars ⭐ if that was an option.

This was hands down the sketchiest, most unprofessional experience I have ever had trying to sell gold. First of all, it’s not even a real store experience—you have to sit in your car, call a number, and wait for a guy who is just sitting in his car to come out. That should have been my first red flag. ​I brought in a solid 5-gram 10k gold ring. I already had it appraised and had an offer of $185 from a reputable jeweler, so I knew exactly what the wholesale melt value was. This guy looks at it and has the nerve to offer me $50. FIFTY DOLLARS. He was clearly trying to take advantage of me, assuming I didn't know what I had. ​When I politely mentioned that I knew the wholesale price was much higher, he immediately flipped a switch. He got aggressive, aggravated, and basically kicked me out of the lot because he realized he couldn't scam me. ​DO NOT GO HERE. I drove literally 5 minutes down the road to AmeriPawn, where a gentleman named Alante treated me with respect and paid me $180 on the spot for the exact same ring. Save yourself the time and the insult—skip this shady operation and go to a real business."
