Its an indoor mall in 2026. Lol im just surprised its still in business

Kind of sad my kids are scared to go there. They will go but they're always on guard while they are there. I miss the days when we'd get dropped off for like 3 hours with friends.

Nice mall, busy because of Christmas seemed clean lots of variety in the stores

Home of many stores/outlets and there are varying food courts, game room and during Christmas, Santa booth. You can basically shop, eat, play and have fun in one mall. I sometimes go there for Charley’s cheesesteak and a little shopping. Lovely place.

A update: the VA has strongly recommended I make a formal complaint to the DOJ for American Disabilities Act violations. The DOJ recommended local legal action while they examined my claims. The Mall Cop threatened a felony on me and my service dog. I have it on video. Does not allow service dogs physically threatened to “put hands on” me, we have it in on video. We will file with ADA and police. Threatened with physical assault and abuse of my service dog.I I was told I could talk to Flores a security supervisor, whom became verbally abusive and physically threatened to “lay hands on” me, a 68 yr old 93% disabled veteran with my VA provided service dog, Capt’n Jack. I feared for my dog’s safety as well as my life.I had to yell for help when Flores made another threat to “put me down”. I’m not that big, 5’5” and have mobility problems as well as brittle bones. I felt my life was threatened by Sercuirty Flores. We have video. We will be filing a police report. We will file an ADA report. My service dog, Capt’n Jack, is prescribed by Dr Lazenby, the Hampton VA and trained by TADSAW, a VA recognized service dog training program. I was threatened and my dog was threatened by Services of Patrick Henry mall by security, Flores. I asked for his phone number he stated it once I asked for him to repeat it he refused

I love mall food from the food court, but I don't always love how busy it is. It's hard to find a space up front so I parked outfront while I stayed in the car someone ran in for me. It was sooooooo super busy!! All the people in the mall around the mall leaving coming and going. It didn't bother that much, but i couldn't find parking because so many people were there.

Nice mall. Malls are really dead except for this one and Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach. Good collection of shops, larger food court than what you expect, and restaurants in the mall, not outside. Great mall. Go. You want to go.
