Arrogant, rude and unorofessional behavior by some people working here. Very disappointed in a business that has been around since the 60s or 70s. Openly taking advantage of people who are desperate selling silver to pay their rent. We were just getting values on coins and buying storage for our large coin collection. This is a great brick and mortar store. They are knowledgeable and have the ability to buy and sell consistently at very competitive pricing.
