Silver is up 100% to 101% i heard yall give low offers when that happens is this true

The place in 90% empty. Brought in a coin to learn more about it, and was told it was “fake” and pewter… no explaining why they thought that. No tests done. A pewter coin that you can’t bend… okay. Then they just handed it back and ignored us. Terrible customer service.

The owner is very knowledgeable about coins. He was able to educate my son on the coins he was interested in. My son wanted to add silver to his collection and the owner was fair in his pricing.

Their name is the opposite of how they do business. Sold me a note with holes in it without disclosing the damage then tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee to return it, even though their return policy states that the restocking fee is for coins, no mention whatsoever about any restocking fees for currency. Total crooks.

Was offered a price on the phone for several hundred less than spot which wasn't an issue. When I got there spot price was up slightly but their offer was $100 less than the quote with no explanation as to why. I give two stars instead of one because I knew about the stores poor reputation before I went there.

Not the friendliest. Good selection, don't get me wrong, but everything seems to be on the higher side of premiums regardless of quality. Not a great place to sell or trade, don't be surprised if prices change in the middle of the money changing hands because "spot just moved". I've spent a bit of money there, and the bullion is all authentic. However, in a market like coins and bullion, trust and .... ironically enough, integrity, are crucially important to maintaining a business relationship. I trust their product, but only 2 stars because I don't trust their "Integrity". I wouldn't post this review if I ever planned to go back, and I'm being generous by not posting the name of the shop I just found that is local and 1000% better on buy/sell prices in this review. I don't want to see a LCS do poorly, and I hope this gets them to be more open and honest about pricing 🤷‍♂️
