This place is wonderful. Dane the owners son is fair with pricing on anything you bring in to sell. I've had nothing but great experiences here with all the ladies that work there as well. Phenomenal customer service . They take the time to evaluate whatever you have to sell and give fair pricing. This is the place to go to pawn/sell items such as jewelry, game consoles, coins just to name a few .

Great service team with attention to detail. Very happy with my jewelry repairs. I even walked away with new unique jewelry.

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Hilltop Pawn... The entire staff was warm and welcoming! I was assisted with guidance and shown some wonderful options! There was a LOT to see, and the team made selecting easy with a wonderful "guided tour"!! I highly recommend Hilltop Pawn as a GREAT place to shop with and endless supply of options! The whole team is exceptional! I cannot say enough about how great an experience I had!

So obviously a pawn shop. Great! You never know what you will find. Being new to Virginia Beach, and hearing all about the “Southern Hospitality “, this little shop is the worst representation of such. Aside from being offered $6.00 an ounce for silver, and silver is at an all time high of over $80, even $25 is low but reasonable. But $6.00? And no Vaseline to accompany! The offer was that of a thief. Of course I didn’t accept. I did find an estate bracelet reminiscent of one I had in The 80s and lost, which was a gift. Dane was not at all pleasant during this transaction and basically after taking my money for the bracelet stating he was “giving” it to me. That is your responsibility to ensure you have jewelry priced properly. But that takes years of experience that you simply do not possess! The main point of this review was to share information about the attitude of a young inexperienced boy named Dane. Absolutely no customer service skills and his lack of manners was beyond appalling! Rude and dismissive! I’ve worked in the luxury industry for decades in NYC and have never been spoken to in this fashion. EVER! And this is a low end pawn shop. Etiquette school needs to be required for little Dane.

Beautiful jewelry store. My Boyfriend picked out the most beautiful ring I have ever owned. It was nice they could resize it for me.

Found out through email and social media that I was the lucky winner of one of their rings. I had entered ages ago and obviously didn't think I had a chance but I still enjoy seeing the photos of the beautiful items that they have. When I went in to pick it up everyone was so sweet and they even offered to size it for me but it fits perfectly. Absolutely will do business with them and if you're in need have a lovely Christmas gift Hilltop Pawn is your place!
