Daniel is a very nice man. He did a Thorough appraisal. I couldn't get in touch with my better half, so told him I couldn't sell them till I talked with her. He was very nice about it. Stopped by twice over the span of a few days. I got some great deals on the coins I was interested in, and the gentleman I spoke with was plesant and happy to negotiate on items that weren't priced yet. I had to wait on my second trip because there were people buying and selling Silver, and all of their interactions seemed plesant as well.
