I would have left Zero stars but there isn’t an option. I had problems from day 1, they took the order and disappeared!! Couldn’t get anyone to respond to emails and phone calls went to voicemail which was never returned. No updates until they wanted payment…Well I paid and received my coins, they are terrible!! They sent a proof and the coins are nothing like the proof, color of picture and lettering are same as background, you can’t see it at all. I’d like to add, I’ve used them the past 2 years and was happy, clearly changes have been made…for the worse. I gave and opportunity to fix this before writing a review but they obviously couldn’t care less. Shame on this company, supposed to be vets and Marine vets too, should realize how important these are for the 250th birthday and a group of Marines that deployed to Iraq together. These literally got delivered 20 minutes ago but I had to come asap to leave this review and Wow! These challenge coins are incredible! I’m so happy with the way they turned out! The whole process was extremely smooth and Kaitlyn was such a great help throughout the entire process! The designer did an amazing job on these coins! Would definitely be coming back here to get more done and I recommend 100% Little update!- I was able to gifts both of them the challenge coins at Fanatics Fest NYC 2025! Pictures below!

Ordered some custom challenge coins for employees of the month and they were received with stunning detail. The entire process was seamless.
