This place is a shining example of customer appreciation and operates with above and beyond courtesy. Kiesha is the embodiment of the words professional and integrity. Meanwhile Enzo is a living example of what it means to be a real American. He is an imigrant who got everything through hard work. I love coming here and i highly reccomend this place. It is classy, and you will be treated with respect.

My grandfather & I went to see if we could pawn some rings. The man at the counter was on the phone the entire time, barely took a look at anything we had, and was very dismissive and rude. He kept saying that we got our custom made ring from a gas station. When my grandfather was trying to tell him it was custom, he kept saying we bought it at a gas station, and just overall very rude about it. Extremely disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here if that man is there. He needs more training in customer service.

This man knowingly sells stolen property. He was clearly advised that the item was stolen and yet he sold it regardless. When I called to talk to him about it he told me to shut my mouth! Incredibly defensive and rude. He denied doing buisness but the receipt is in my hand! If I decide to take this court it would mean a lot of legal fees and time. I dont know if it's even worth it. Police have been notified. I suggest you don't do buisness here. Plenty of other pawn shops in the area.

They offered me $600 for a 10k gold chain and pendant and I went to one in Portsmouth and got $1200 for the same chain they tried to give me $600 for Responding to owner- maybe because they haven’t tried people that don’t try to get over..yall thought I was young and dumb..thats even what the owner said at the pawn shop in Portsmouth…anywho he put it on the scale it came up to 1160 and he rounded to 1200 ..London pawn is where I went by the way ! Very good ppl !

Enzo, Kesha & Maria are the best. I I love the professional service I receive there. They are very knowledgeable and will give you the best deals. Also this has got to be one of the cleanest pawn shops around. Highly recommended
