On 09/11/2023, at noon, I encountered a staff member that is rude and lazy. When I inquired about gun services, he curtly replied with a simple "no." Then, when I asked if they had the AK sight adjuster, he once again responded curtly with a quick "no" without checking. Then stares at me awkwardly. This displayed a complete lack of manners, not even offering a polite response like, "I'm sorry, but we don't have that item in stock," or providing a recommendation on where to find a place that can clean firearms and/or has the item I wanted. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and I couldn't help but wonder if me being young or my ethnicity played a role in his attitude.— Austin, Sep 2023

Went to go and look at Firearms for my wife’s birthday, after having a horrible customer service experience at the Pawn plus by Lins, AJ was super helpful here and made sure we could look at everything we needed.
