Horrible customer service. I pointed a price point on a piece of equipment that was well used, was only $20 less than brand new. And that a part of it was on backwards. All I got in response was. If someone doesn’t ask for your opinion, you probably shouldn’t share it. I get the sentiment, but at the same time, that’s just flat rude behavior. I will not, nor could I support this kind of business.
Went here to get an impact wrench and sockets. The guy talked us through all the options, even tried to sell us the cheapest one because he knew that's all we needed. The compressor didn't have the right fitting, so he went back and stole one off of another compressor and put it on for us. Very accommodating, friendly (but not insincere), and all the stuff worked great.
Best pawn in Provo, solid FFL as well. Has helped me a few times and I won't be going anywhere else. Also has solid movie recommends!
Awful customer service. I went in to buy a video game controller and before buying it I was reassured it worked. I tried using it when I got home and the joystick did not work, so I left negative feedback on Square with a message: "The controller I bought doesn't work, can I bring it back?" The response I received was not an answer to my question but I received: "Why would you leave negative feedback without contacting me first? Do you think that makes me want to help you now?" This is horrible customer service. This was me contacting him. Any respectable establishment would have responded trying to see if they could make things better, instead, I got a very snide remark: "Do you think that makes me want to help you now?" Provo Pawn has a very long way to go as far as customer service. It seems they have been around for quite some time and I would thing they would know better. Needless to say I responded to their remark with a message: "I suppose it doesn't, but it was an honest question I thought that was a good way of contacting you." and it has been over three weeks with no response. I will not be returning to Provo Pawn, nor would I recommend it to anyone, but it seems they don't care about me being their customer anyways.
The dude that runs this place isn’t has the worst customer service ever. Your at pawn shop h to buy things you expect to haggle with them a little bit over the price. Nope soon as I said I don’t think they are worth that price, he instantly starts to belittle me and tell me he has only been doing this for however many years he’s done this, but I know better then he does. No we aren’t all as smart as you but i do now how to use Kelly blue bicycles amd they have the Gary fisher at under 500. so I’m sure they now better then you ask well I’m guessing.
