Thought monarch was classy until we showed up and was told they were only paying meld or less than meld price for graded coins they said it was a total waste of their time to look over our coins and the guys that worked there were super rude will not be going back

Colin (I think his name was) was great, went way above and beyond explaining coins and even had a short cool conversation about skating with him.

I have to take a minute and say thank you to Monarch Metals... I have been a gold and silver bug for well over a decade, what you would call a stacker. Recently, I have come across some challenging times, and unfortunately had to sell a portion of my gold and silver portfolio. Jackie was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Monarch didn’t have what we specifically came in for but Jackie went to the back and found an amazing round for me that made the trip to the shop a success.

Had a great first experience at Monarch Coin! I dealt with Jack who was very helpful, he easily explained their process and requirements to sell. They offered a very reasonable price to buy compared to spot and their premiums seem very buyer friendly. I will definitely be back!

Went to sell them some silver rounds and old silver dollars. They were very easy to work with. I tried to sell to sd bullion. Their price was similar but added $60 shipping and insurance and time so I went to Monarch. I was hoping to get a little more for my morgans. They had to issue a business check due to the amount sold. These guys are the only dealer I trust right now.

A big step above other local coin shops. Very professional, accurate, and kindly given information about my coins. I have no clue about this stuff and they were happy to listen to my questions and actually looked up my questions on the computer right there with me. The other big shop nearby took my coins into some back room and literally lied about my coins. Said they were nickel based on the color but made no effort to check anything. Turned out they are 62% silver!!!
