I went there to sell a 1992,1994 and a 1996 premier silver proof sets and was given a price of $10.00 per year. At over $48.50 per troy ounce of silver each set had close to $30.00 silver value not to mention 6 other proof coins. Never going back.

This ship is offering $10 below spot when selling to them. I have lost all faith in the coin shining this. Thanks for bending me over barrel Gary.

Seems like a decent place but these people ran out of money by 12 pm. They said it’s very common. Why would I take time out of my day to conduct business here when they don’t have any cash in the store. β€œWe can write you a check” What a clown show. Lost a customer

Sadly this is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review for a business. I believe in 2nd chances and I actually gave them 3 chances …I’ve been to every coin shop in salt lake and Utah county by far this place is the worst. It’s a shame because they actually have some nice and decent coins for sale. My experience with this shop started off shaky when I found a raw 1914 s, and S wheat cents I asked for pricing as they wernt marked. The owner happened to be in that day and told be $5 on the coin well some woman behind the counter brown hair pulled up in a half baked pony tail comes up switches the coin with a different 1914 and says he wants $20. I was then instantly dumbfounded at her trying to pull a switch a roo on me so petty for such a cheap coin. Very unethical and shady left the store immediately and vowed to not come back. I gave it a few weeks and thought hmm maybe she just had a bad day let’s give the place a second chance. I go in again to look at some wheat cents and small fractional gold coins. Same said woman there again and tried to pull the same thing with 2 , $2.50 gold Indian coins. I asked for the owner to report her and he was not in so I left. Now it again today I called and was told the owner would be in so I can deal with him and not her. She of course lied as I get there and owner isn’t In. There was another older gentleman there I said I’d like to work with him instead he was kind and to the point the way I like it. Anyone who collects numismatic coins knows no one pays retail PCGs or gray sheet prices for raw or graded coins. I’ve never been in a shop that doesn’t negotiate or expects for retail price guide prices. I found a few graded coins again that I wanted to make offers on and said woman strikes again not knowing or having any idea what she is talking about and no knowledge of coins what so ever. I am sure this shop has loyal customers but this lady is going to put this shop out of business. My recommendation ask for Gary the owner and don’t even try to buy or sell from the mean lady with the pulled up hair.
