I walked in, was greeted with a smile and a very professional family business. I had my gold chain resized. They also cleaned my pendant. I am extremely impressed! I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for great service!!!
Came in to get a gold plated chain cleaned and a watch battery replacement. Unfortunately I forgot to mention it wasn’t actual gold thinking it was just an ultrasonic bath. The cleaning was actually very in depth and removed some of the gold plating. He let me know right away, took responsibility and offered to replate it for free. This was definitely way above I was expecting. Everyone was super friendly. The security greeted us. Another employee answered some questions about a different chain I was wearing. Also took the time to educate us on diamond rings. Highly recommend and will definitely come back to do business.
Really awesome experience. Bought a gold heart shaped nugget ring as an anniversary present. Travis had great service and was really nice. Amazing jewelery with many options all around, would definitely buy from here again.
These guys did fabulous work on my wedding ring and was able to do it in half the time at half the price without sending my ring out for months! RESPECTFUL ON EVERY LEVEL AND DIDNT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT IN DEPTH COMMUNICATION! The things I wanted they didn’t just do, they explained to me why it was good or bad idea and the potential problems that I could face at later date. They respected our time driving over 2 hours, and made us feel so welcome!
