Came in to get a gold plated chain cleaned and a watch battery replacement. Unfortunately I forgot to mention it wasn’t actual gold thinking it was just an ultrasonic bath. The cleaning was actually very in depth and removed some of the gold plating. He let me know right away, took responsibility and offered to replate it for free. This was definitely way above I was expecting. Everyone was super friendly. The security greeted us. Another employee answered some questions about a different chain I was wearing. These guys did fabulous work on my wedding ring and was able to do it in half the time at half the price without sending my ring out for months!
