The best pawn shop! These guys have big hearts and truly care about their customers. They're not out to rip you off like most, they truly enjoy helping people. We pawned a generator awhile back that my dad bought us. Time goes by so fast and we ended up missing a payment. Called them up and they hadn't put it out for sale. Thank you Hy and Mikes so much!
The friendliest staff at any pawn shop I've ever been to. I bought 2 guitars from them and they made me a great deal that they didn't have to and even threw in a case for me. They truly go above and beyond. I wish them the best and I hope to stop by again if I ever visit Utah and Salt Lake City.

Ive used the other Hy and Mikes locations for FFL transfers and its always been great. decided to try this one since its closer to my new place. Got an email from UPS that my delivery was refused and it was going to be sent back to sender. I called 5 times and no answer so i got in my car and drove over. The guy behind the counter(wearing a backwards hat) was sitting there playing video games with his eyes redshot like he’d been smoking weed. I told him my situation and wanted to know why they refused the delivery. He said the other girl who works there didnt recognize the name and sent it back. Then he just proceeds to go back to his game. He doesnt even look up at me. I said if i contact UPS can he take delivery? He said only today because hes off til next week and no one else does firearms transfers. Then he goes back to his game. So i just left and contacted the website i bought the firearm from to let them know its on its way back to them. Honestly what kind of customer service is that? maybe teach your employees about how gun transfers work and how to take deliveries. Ridiculous.
Best place I've gone and will only go to, to pawn i know my things are safe. The owner is a super nice guy.
