In my life I have been blatantly disrespected by multiple pawn shop staff and owners more times than I care to count; but that is not the case at GSI. They are the only pawn shop that treat me with kindness and respect. And, to top it off, they have a great selection at all times. Tons of tools, firearms, blurays/dvds, modern video games, records (No sifting through Jim Reeves Christmas hits, this is only the good stuff) guitars and music gear (which includes brand new cables, mics, and guitar strings) plus much more. And if youre lucky, you'll be greeted by the mellow shop cat, Max.

Hands down thee best all around pawn shop in town , actually in the state!!! Great inventory! Very clean~n~ organized easy to find what ur looking for. I highly recommend GSI Pawn for all your wants. Staff here are honest , smart , friendly , dedicated, get u the mo$t outta your items. Just wanna say thanks for being true 💯 to your customers. GSI for life!!!!

I had to have an item shipped to them and Kenny walked me through the entire process. He answered every question I had and didn’t once get irritated or annoyed. The day my item arrived I called to say o would be later than planned and Kenny told me to go ahead and come in anyway. Traffic, storms, accidents, and sadly even an animal was injured on the highway, all while I tried to get to GSI before it closed. As you can imagine that did not happen. I pulled up to the doors right at 7pm. I wanted to at least apologize to Kenny, thank him for waiting and let him know I would be back in the morning but he insisted I go ahead and come in anyway. To top it off he then offered and helped me conceal my purchase, since it was a gift, which meant him digging around in the back for quite awhile to find a box to fit. I can’t say enough to express how much I appreciate the kindness I was shown. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

I understand that pawn shops need to make a profit off the product you sell them. But it’s another thing to treat your customers like they are stupid. The lady was extremely rude to me and acted like me asking for a high price on something I wanted to sale was the dumbest thing she’s ever heard. There is no need for you to treat your customers like they are dumb or make them feel like it’s wrong to ask for a high amount. Never again will I go here. Horrible customer service.
