Would NEVER purchase from this store! Called with some basic questions and the guy was super rude! I can understand that certain companies have certain policies, but when I asked he was very short in his responses. There are plenty of other stores in town that you can purchase gold and silver, stay away from the Gold Ore store! Response to the owner comments: Please don't make claims that about things that you weren't involved in and stop trying to play the victim, because this did happen just yesterday (Jan 20, 2026) with one of your employees. I'm not trying to hurt your small business, but your employee's lack of professionalism is why this review was given. If the owner would have acknowledge or apologized for the interaction, I would have respected it and changed my google review, but all he did was try to play the victim that people are trying to hurt his business and insinuate that people are angry in the world? I would have also accepted an invitation to have a conversation with the owner if he truly wanted to correct the issue. But none of that happened, just a AI response to try to deflect another bad review. There are multiple other stores in town that you can go to that you will be treated with respect, this company is just not one of them!

Great place! I was there and bought a few crystals and cannot remember the names. Hoping someone can look at the photo and tell me? They were in the little bowls on the back left of the store. The left is light blue/grey and was $3 or $5 and the one on the right is a very deep purple with an orange stripe. Thank you in advance!!
The front desk was incredibly helpful! My husband and I came here with my sister! I have been married for 3.5 years, I JUST discovered my husband’s wedding ring was from this store! My current wedding ring is a little big, and the Malachite gem was calling to me the entirety of my trip! My husband came in and we both were drawn to the same Malachite ring for me! It felt like a beautiful connection! My wedding ring is now right next to the new Malachite ring! Thank you!
Awesome variety of rocks and crystals! There were some amazing geological pieces in here. I also enjoyed their variety of incense, jewelry, and fun decor.
Went in today to take a look and maybe pick up a few things. It was my first time in the store and I had the pleasure of speaking with Greg and Melodie, they were a wealth of knowledge and made me feel very welcomed. In the end I did make a purchase with no pressure from them whatsoever, it was a great experience start to finish and Ill most certainly be back.
My little brother loved this shop. The staff was super kind and helpful. Great lower priced items for gifts as well as higher value items!
