Coin Crazy Family Fun Center

Disgusting to cover up toilets due to sewage back up problem, have a full house, and stay running. I understand business needs to make money, but the smell and hygiene of the place was terrible. My kids did enjoy the arcade games though. 2 hour wait for bowling so unfortunately we didn't get to do that

Not very fun, of course they have VR, but its just not too good of an experience from my time there. Plus my friend kinda got scammed so it sets me off more. Edit: They just got Pump it Up Phoenix last week so my rating has gone up double. Edit (02/04/2026): Went during a partial Intercard outage and the card swipers were a 50/50 on if they wanted to cooperate or not, and take your money. The pump it up phoenix cabinet is still in very poor condition as it was when first installed. The owner and/or mechanic have told me in the past that they aren't gonna fix any of the issues with it such as the foot panels dropping inputs as well as not even putting the game online which is as simple as plugging it into a router. Many of the games were in poor/non working condition due to lack of proper maintainance on such games. This place hasn't changed a bit since early 2025, and I won't plan on coming here again unless the owners treat their customers with more respect and the games with more respect as well. Not even gonna get into the high turnover rates :/

This was the site of my defeat in the battle of the sugar high warriors. We lost a lot of good men that day. I have been stripped of my crown of laser king and now roam with the ordinary masses. Though the delicious pizza cures all wounds.

Great place to take kids. A little crowded on Saturdays.

Absolutely awesome. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I travel, playing lasertag all over, and the unlimited lasertag is a quite the deal and makes it a blast to try out all the different laserforce mission types. In my experience, I don't care for the monstrosity fun centers. The smaller more friendly fun centers are my favorite, and honestly, Coin Crazy is one of the best fun centers I've been to.

I went yesterday 12/08 to this in Spanish Fork and we had a very disappointing experience. We put $20 in the machines and several of them were clearly malfunctioning. I mentioned it to the staff and they just said everything was fine, even though it obviously wasn’t. We spent another $10 and the exact same thing happened, and still nobody tried to help or fix anything. When my son wanted to redeem prizes, he chose two items that they didn’t have in stock. They kept telling us to wait. One of the girls (the one with the accent) said she would go check, but the second time she didn’t even notify the other employee, so I had to go up there myself and ask again. Then the other girl went to check and confirmed they didn’t have them. What makes it worse is that the last time we came, the previous manager was very helpful and even gave my son the display toy when they didn’t have the prize he wanted. But the new manager and the staff working yesterday didn’t handle anything well and honestly didn’t seem to care at all. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

Really fun arcade! Probably one of our favorites in the area. My husband and I got the two hour pass, and it was so worth it! Our favorite thing was the pixel games :) There were lots of families here, but I would say it’s also a fun date night experience!

This place is fun! The virtual game is kinda boring, but everything else is great! Staff are nice. If it gets crowded it can take forever to get your prizes. We like coming here!

What a fun party! We had an amazing time and Isaac took great care of us. From the pizza and drinks, to the cake and laser tag, he was kind patient and attentive. We couldn't be more happy and our son thought it was "the best day ever!" Great Job Coin Crazy staff. We'll definitely be back soon!
