I have been going to collectors cache for about 6 years but more frequently the past couple years so I thought it was time I wrote a review! If you want a card shop that has IT ALL, this is it. They have a huge selection of everything Pokemon, MGT & sports. There isn’t another LCS(local card shop) I have been to that carries this much great product. I know they also do a lot for kids and have free items for kids by the door when you walk in. They have a huge area for you to rip or play cards. It’s massive. I’ve been to a lot of LCS(local card shops) in the KC & surrounding area and no one comes close to Collectors Cache. Their customer service is incredible. I’ve been to shops where they just want every penny out of you but that’s not what you’ll get going to this card shop. They put YOU first and care about the relationships with their customers. The employees are awesome. Those guys will happily do whatever to help you get what you want. I 💯 % recommend this card shop for the locals and for anyone out of town that wants to visit a really big nice card shop! You won’t be disappointed

I had a fantastic experience ordering from Collectors Cache. Even though they’re a physical TCG store in Kansas, I ordered two One Piece EB-03 booster boxes online and was seriously impressed with the service. Right after I placed my (expensive) order, they called to confirm it. The staff member was professional, friendly, and simply wanted to verify that I had actually made the purchase. That extra step really stood out to me and gave me a lot of confidence in the transaction. The boxes shipped quickly via FedEx and arrived in pristine condition, exactly how sealed product should arrive. No damage, no concerns, just clean, well-packed boxes. I’m genuinely excited to crack one of these open with friends at a ripping dinner party and see what hits I pull. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Collectors Cache again. Great customer service, fast shipping, and real care for their customers!

Great card collection but they will low ball you on coins

Selling packs of a set that just came out for $16 a pack. That's absolutely shameful for any individual, let alone a LGS that's supposed to support it's players. Never shopping here ever again.

This is my first time purchasing from this shop. It was a great experience. I received the order six days after Placing it. The greatest thing was came fast, and to my surprise All of the single cards I purchased were in pristine condition, every single one!! Fast delivery great customer service would recommend to anybody, This is definitely gonna be my new shop that I ordered from for me and my son!!!🃏

Sam helped me choose a box of Pokemon booster packs. I settled on the new ultra premium collection. I’ve worked in retail and the service industry and I can tell you that Sam is one of those workers that carries the weight of the store when he’s there. He’s a great worker.

I brought my daughter (14) here last weekend to trade a few of her cards. She offered three cards valued at $104 total on TCGplayer. The employee had previously stated that they would give between 60-90% value due to overhead costs. Fair enough, I had came here expecting somewhere around 65-75% anyway. So she picks out a couple of cards that she liked, which were stickered at $17 and $12 respectively. I was anticipating the store to tell her that they still owed her a store credit. Instead they were wanting to do the trade straight across. My kid is new to the Pokémon TCG and wasn’t fully understanding the values. I jumped in and vetoed the trade realizing that the store was intentionally trying to rip my daughter off. Sellers beware, this company has a habit of shady trading tactics and will not hesitate to rip off their customers and they don’t care if they rip off kids. I recommend visiting Minty Gem or Unopened Packman instead, as they are both small local owned companies that are honest and fair with their customers. Avoid Collector Cache like the plague.

New to the hobby, and have been only buying retail packs. Decided to come in just to browse. Amazing place! I was intimidated by scalpers and know-it-alls at other places, but the employee who assisted me saturday afternoon was awesome. Answered all of my annoying questions and gave me some good tips! I also snagged singles of a couple of my favorite players, and my first hobby blaster. Will for sure be back soon!

I had an issue with the condition of my cards, but the staff were very friendly and responsive to me, offering me a partial refund to compensate for the conditions. Overall, not a bad experience and I'd be willing to do business with them again.
