I'm so happy I decided to read the other reviews! I thought it was just me who was treated rudely. The way the man working at the shop looked at me when I first went in disturbed me. He looked genuinely disgusted! So much so, that I checked my mirror when I got back in my car to see if my makeup was smeared or something. I just wanted to ask him about appraising my dad's collection. He may well be honest and knowledgeable, but I won't go back to find out.

I was ignored the minute I walked in. Once I spoke to the owner he seemed annoyed that I was their. And talk to me as if I was dumb for asking pretty simple questions as far as pricing and premiums. I ended up down the street at a place called the gold vault witch was about a mile away and was treated way better and actually had a good experience. I advise anyone to take your business somewhere else this guy was rude and needs to learn customer service. And encourage to check out the gold vault is way better pricing and customer service and they are actually glad you visit. Ace coins just plain sucks.

First time in an actual coin shop and I must say how disappointed in customer service this place gives, the owners wife is nice but doesn't know anything about prices the actual owner is very jumpy with his awnsers/service. I will stick to online purchases. I would recommend trying another shop if your inquiring in person.

Both Ron and Steven were extremely helpful. This was my first visit to any coin shop. My many questions were answered. Steven even showed me coins to answer some of my questions. I ended up purchasing many coins. Ron had to pull them from coin rolls. This took some time. Each coin was put into Flips. They were labeled with condition and price. The prices were below pricing I had seen online. I don't live in Utah. Ron agreed to sell me more of my needs via mail. I also went to the coin shop a little south of Ace Coins. I was completely ignored. I could not even get their attention to let me out the locked front door.

We had a great experience here, they were generous with their time and help in getting my kids started in coin collecting and helped my Dad find some nicer coins he had been looking for. They gifted some things to my son to help him get started and he was so excited! My 9 year old said, "They were so nice and helped me find my coins!" We're talking coins all the time now, a happy hobby.
