The team at US Money Reserve, especially my account executive Aaron Schilling, has been professional, informative, and genuinely caring throughout the process. I’ve been thoroughly educated on both the benefits and potential drawbacks of diversifying my retirement accounts, which I truly appreciate. Their honesty and integrity have given me confidence in the value of diversification and in the services US Money Reserve provides.

They took my wife for $10000.00 the minute she transferred her IRA,and 401 to their IRA of which I am beneficiary. She knew nothing about gold and the fast talking salesman knew it. He sold her quarter oz. coins for half oz. coin prices and took her for $10,000.00. That left around $10,000.00 not accounted for that did not go to her account. When she starts drawing on that account she will be paid for Quarter oz. coins instead of the half oz. coins she actually paid for. Somebody put a lot of her money in their pocket. By the time she pays all the storage fees and other fees they invent, she will never live long enough to recover her loss. Buy your gold directly from the US Mint and keep it in you bank deposit box, and don't get ripped off by gold brokers you see on T.V. They are nothing but used car salesmen, and pros. at praying on the elderly. My wife is alive and well so don't pay attention to their lying response. Now they are offering to refund all her money , because they know they have been caught red-handed. My wife is going to wait for the class action law suit details before making that decision, or they could just do the right thing and give her the half ouce coins she paid for.

I never knew owning Gold could be so gratifying. I’ve seen the ads on TV, and listened to them on the radio. U. S. Money Reserve is no doubt the number #1 Institution for purchasing, storing and owning your own gold. The best part of it all is, your very own personal video presentation that they have given me. You will receive a first class presentation of your own portfolio displayed brilliantly in HD, also with identification and Mint Proof details on each coin. This is a professional video production and it is mastered to perfection. Enjoy and feel secure with U. S. Money Reserve for your Investment Portfolio.

I have been working with Evan Suazo for almost two years now and it has been a very enjoyable experience. I contacted Evan as I was wanting to diversify my retirement funding, not that it was not doing well I just thought diversity would be good. Evan explained the various options open to me and he was very patient with me as all this was new to me. I finally decided to take the plunge and made a partial rollover from my traditional IRA to a precious metals IRA; Evan was there every step of the way and reduced the anxiety significantly. Since that first time I have made 4 more rollovers, all have gone without a problem, all due to the knowledge and patience of Evan Suazo. I have no qualms recommending Evan to anyone who is thinking of diversifying their retirement plan. Mark K

A few years ago, I initially sought to purchase gold after receiving promotional materials from U.S. Money Reserve. Their salesman persuaded me to buy 12 gold coins instead of bullion. I wired over $30,000, and the coins were mailed to me. At that time, the price of gold was less than $2,000 an ounce. Over the following years, the U.S. Money Reserve salesman frequently contacted me, claiming the value of my 12 coins had greatly increased and recommending I purchase more. In October 2025, with gold prices exceeding $4,000 an ounce, I decided to sell my coins back to U.S. Money Reserve. I expected their value to be over $60,000, as the spot price of gold had more than doubled. However, the company informed me the coins were only worth $27,000. This experience starkly contrasts with my subsequent purchase of gold bullion from Silvertown, a local dealer, where the value of my investment easily doubled. U.S. Money Reserve refused to even return my initial $30,000 investment. It is apparent they steered me toward collectible coins, whose values they could allegedly misrepresent, rather than gold bullion, whose market price is transparent. Ultimately, the coins were valued at less than half of the price I was charged. Instead of realizing an expected profit of over $30,000, I incurred a $3,000 loss.
