The previous reviews had me scared but in my experience it very professional and honest. I appreciate their time, and they are very educated in what they do. I recommend to anyone looking for a genuine place that’ll buy your gold or natural diamonds.
The owner was very knowledgeable & helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he had exactly what I wanted and his prices were very reasonable. The next time I’m in Lubbock I’m definitely stopping by.
Rude, arrogant, and all around negative. I've been a procurer of gold, silver, and coins my entire life(since childhood) and they treated me as if I knew nothing about the market or what I had. They lowballed me and insulted my intelligence at the same time. I highly recommend NEVER taking your business here. Hopefully they will go out of business and wonder why.
This is my spot. They charge way less than other LCS for the same thing. They also pay well for coins also. I’ve done both. To the ones who say the owner is rude, have you tried customer service? If he low balled you, maybe he didn’t want what you had. He isn’t forced to buy anything. If your gold was real and he said fake, you didn’t let him keep it did ya? Most of the time it’s how you conduct yourself. We get along just fine and safe to assume he leans conservative or libertarian and I lean left. He ain’t got time for people’s bs.
