Rude, arrogant, and all around negative. I've been a procurer of gold, silver, and coins my entire life(since childhood) and they treated me as if I knew nothing about the market or what I had. This is my spot. They charge way less than other LCS for the same thing. They also pay well for coins also. I’ve done both. To the ones who say the owner is rude, have you tried customer service? If he low balled you, maybe he didn’t want what you had. He isn’t forced to buy anything. If your gold was real and he said fake, you didn’t let him keep it did ya? Most of the time it’s how you conduct yourself. We get along just fine and safe to assume he leans conservative or libertarian and I lean left.
