Honestly, I was a little skeptical about selling some coins and bills I inherited here after reading the mixed reviews, but I'm glad I trusted my gut and ignored the few disgruntled reviews. The staff was friendly, informative, and fair. They were kind and delightful, and I left having sold them what I wished at a very fair price. No, sadly, the few coins and bills I had were not worth millions but that could hardly be their fault. We had a nice time there and shared a few laughs as they politely and professionally educated me on what I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy coin shop.

The staff were knowledgable and very patient with our numismatic ignorance. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to buy or sell. Or, stop in out of pure curiosity. They have plenty of fun stories and interesting pieces of all sorts.

Walking into the shop is an adventure! So many items to look at. Not only that, the knowledge of Mr. Barry and his team is top notch. The way the team is patient with the customer and treats the customer is a breath of fresh air.

After reading some of the reviews on here I went to Texican expecting a bad experience as I am new to the coin world, but I can say that has not been my experience. I have always been treated well by Barry, Jennifer and Luis. Their knowledge and willingness to share some of that knowledge has always been appreciated and has led me to return multiple times since. I will continue doing business with them and would definitely recommend the shop to others looking for a reliable coin shop.

Had no problems at all they are straight shooters and that can be taken wrong in so many ways. I am new to stacking and had watched a ton of good you tube videos on stacking and was taught a lot about the trade from them. He gave me advice on stacking Silver that was very helpful and his prices were not bad not much above spot so he is legit. Some people can come off as brash, but I did not see it that way. What I got was information from somebody that has been around the block awhile. Some folks also feel insulted when they find out something they thought was extremely valuable is actually not that is how it is with Coin and Bullion collecting. Stay with it for the long term it will pay off:P
