I recently just sold some silver and could not have asked for a better experience. I was able to call and speak to a nice person to confirm the buyback. Because my metals were stored in the depository, I got confirmation of the withdrawal the same day and received payment the very next day.

I have bought my precious metals from this location a couple of times and when they decided to create the depository I was thrilled to move my metals from where they are kept in New York to the beautiful and free state of Texas. Jeff and Chris have always been a pleasure to work with. They even took a picture of my metals for me. Now that is service! You can feel confident about having your metals stored here at TPMD.

My experience with TPMD has been a pleasant one, in particular my email and telephone conversations with Kris H. and Johnna J. They both have gone beyond the typical business response one often encounters today, with not just a helpful attitude but a respectful, caring tone that has been obvious in our exchanges.

The company is good but they insist on using FedEx for delivery. Didn't allow for us to ship by other means. If you have crappy FedEx service where you live, I would reconsider purchasing from this dealer.

While I was unable to visit my bullion deposits at TPMD when I last traveled to Texas, subsequent discussions with management have adequately resolved their procedural barriers. I am scheduling a subsequent visit and do not anticipate any problems moving forward. The last visit challenges were also punctuated by the collapsing supply of physical silver at the time. TPMD has been and continues to make heroic efforts to supply physical silver to their many silver customers.
