I was shopping around for offers on my gold necklace I don't need/use, and decided to give this shop a call and talked with Jevin who was very professional in asking me to come in so they could better evaluate my piece. Before even showing up he gave his guarantee that they could match or even beat any offer around which piqued my interest. When I came to the shop Jevin greeted me, inspected my piece a little, and gave me what I defiantly saw as a fair offer that. Although I ultimately didn't sell my gold, their offer was very generous and they defiantly beat their local competitors best prices by nearly 15%! I love the transparency here, and the wiliness lose out on some profits to genuinely earn a customer. I'll probably come back sometime in the future to buy from them and would recommend them to anyone.
Second time coming here and they definitely didn't disappoint, I asked them to polish my golden necklace and now it's so shiny I can see my reflection in it. I also asked them to remove some links from my watches and now they fit perfectly. Really professional and really affordable!
