Might be going downhill a little. Was wearing my work clothes, slightly rude, far overpriced. I wouldn’t want anyone going to buy something and get ripped off by this buisiness. Go down the road a ways to Taylor gold and silver exchange.

No one greeted me. Does not matter. For what I needed they did not have. Looking for coins. They had a couple of sets and a few individual. It shares a mailing center.

My wife recently took our 8 year old son here when they were looking for coin collecting books to start his new collection. Unfortunately they didn’t have any of the start up books she was looking for but the Owner showed them some 2018 Mint collections that he had for $10. After my son picked one out my wife realized she didn’t have any cash and instead of having her come back later the Owner gave the books to my son. My son came out to the car so excited about his new collection and couldn’t believe that this gentleman gifted them to him. Thank you for helping my son with his new hobby. Hopefully he will stick to it but either way the feeling he had with your generosity will never be forgotten 💖🙏🏻

Professionalism starts here. I was given a fair exchange of money for the items I took into the shop. I was able to get in & out quickly. They adapt their techniques depending on the needs of the person. I was able to hear a small amount of the conversation that the person before me was having. It was an elderly lady she required a little more of a personal touch than I required. He adapt to her needs & spent the time she needed to hive her instructions. I will return here when I have more to trade. Great service with fair deal.

Disappointed with my experience today 01-14-2022. I felt that I was judged by my appearance. I was selling my Gold cross necklace for extra cash needed from being out of work for a month to pay bills I was behind in. I know they low balled me, but I was in need. The gentleman wanted to write me a check for $120 because they said they didn’t have the “amount”. That made me feel like they suspected I stole the item. After feeling embarrassed. They wrote the check and after they wrote it. I didn’t want to take it from feeling like a walk-in criminal. Then after asking for my necklace back she then said wait we can give you cash for it. I then took the cash, because I was still in need and anything helped. I just wish I was treated better as a law abiding citizen.

Went in to Buy Silver for investment. Was treated great. Staff was professional,informative and very competitive on price. I will definitely return!
