0Did a hold on an electric bike for 600. Gave 200 to hold it. Asked for a refund. I had a receipt. Can't get my 200 back.

For the most part my husband has worked with great people here but, we have gotten burned twice by bad employees. 1st situation an employee was eyeing a $2k car sub we put in and just so happen to not extend the storage date on just that when I extended some others and we lost the sub. It was sold the next day. 2nd was we put some beats in and when we got them back one beat was not our original and it didn't work. Obviously someone switched out their bad one with ours. Of course the shop"couldn't" do anything
They have always been fair and nice to work with no issues at all
Good pawn shop to come and buy electronics, jewelry and tools. Management at this location has no customer service and doesnβt give me a good vibe, overall itβs a nice place to shop for less like this wedding rings I bought a few weeks ago.
The Best Thing about this Pawn Shop is Mr. Billβ£οΈHe's a straight shooter, great deal maker, and alwayz has the hookup on productsππΎππΎGreat selection of items to choose from for Everyone in your Family! π€¨My only negative takeaway is the FCC layaway system that's "supposed" to alert/ remind you of upcoming payments/ due dates. I believe it's flawed, incorrect or may need to be updated-In my opinion and experience.... Sometimes you will receive a reminder the week before, a few days before and even the day of your payment being due via text. The inconvenience is the FCC's inconsistency of the text date on the due date. **For Me, I received a FCC reminder on the "Morning" of my due date via text, which means my payment was due by the end of "That Day". However, I lost Over $600-$800 cash on jewelry that was pulled on the same date it was due; due to inconsistent FCC payment reminder notices/ texts, that I feel are kinda set up for you to fail and take your money, regardless of their miscommunication, inconsistencies, and possible failure to update their systems.** π€·πΎββοΈI guess it's a Give and Take at all Pawn Shops; from making great deals, cool discounts, getting the π° you need to keep Life goin, and one of a kind purchases but Losing Money is Never a good take awayβοΈπ«ΆπΎπ€πΎπ«‘Mr. Bill will alwayz give you a Great Dealπ«ΆπΎπ€πΎ
I've been doing business with Bill for over 30 years and he's always straight up with me. I've pawned items and I've put items on layaway and purchased items for cash...anyway it goes, I've always had a positive experience. Sometimes, when they have been busy, it might take a little longer to get assistance, but a closed mouth don't get fed....so I always speak up! I highly recommend this placc if you need to purchase jewelry or tools, tvs, guns, ect...They have a variety of items to choose from. And they pawn items based on the same qualifications as all other pawn shops, so they are fair also.
