Went in first time they said they were going to get a shipment of silver the next day. When I went back they said they didn’t get shipment and tried to sell 6.96 grams of silver for 180. ( silver spot price currently 73oz) I know silvers hot right now but that’s 11 times over spot be careful if you go here and make sure you’re checking spot price vs what they’re selling would not recommend probably best to buy from a more reputable dealer

If there was a way to give six stars I would! This is one of the best small business jewelry stores in El Paso, personally cannot find a more fair price for either gold or silver, only downside is that I wished they would have a selection of coins whether gold or silver from either pre64 or bullion like silver eagles or gold eagles or the new Morgan and Peace dollars , bur overall I love their customer service for they a great family team of jewelers and they are the best I'm not much a jewelry person but I'm interested in getting a ring and a nice watch to have for a special occasion. Bur yeah if ya want amazing quality and outstanding service Palacios gold and silver are your tem to go to. Love y'all.
