I recently took my ring, watch and a necklace to get it repair I would like to point out that I've been coming to this location for the past 20+ years since the time they were located on the 1st floor. I came into this jewelry shop on December 4 to have a battery replaced in my Raymond Weil watch. The jeweler after taking my watch to the back came from the back and told me he tried 2 batteries on my watch but it still wasn't working. He gave me an estimate of $165 to work on it. I responded I'll get another estimate. I took my watch to another place on December 10 and explained the situation. That jeweler said let's try my batteries. He said the strap to hold the battery was missing. He replaced the battery and strap for $30. My watch is working perfectly.
