I wasn't going to review but after seeing the other reviews I realized that it just wasn't me this happened to. I went in one day with a book of buffalo head nickels my mom left me. I thought maybe this guy could help me to maybe see if I had a good collection. He was really really rude and said that there probably wasn't anything worth looking at. He didn't even open it. I was shocked. So if I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time going in this place. This man shouldn't even be in business JERK!!!
Very sweet guy, super knowledgeable about his stuff! Don't listen to the reviews definitely try to go in for yourself and create your own experience. We had a pleasant time here and will be coming back! 🩷
What a dump. The owner is really odd and stares at you the whole time. The only good part was the kitty they had.
Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. Told me to not buy because I asked too many questions. Has zero people skills and lives out of the place. Extremely un professional and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Never stepping foot in there again.
Never once have I been treated so poorly for showing interest in an investment. I’m just trying to make sure I don’t buy a bar coated in silver that is really another not precious metal. I asked for certifications because I don’t want a risk but he said to not buy so will do! Never going back in there!!! AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER. HE IS A CREEP, always staring at you!
